New Members:
This year Surf Life Saving Australia has introduced a new method to enrol. It's completely electronic and can be accessed via this button. However, you will still need to complete the Working with Children Form - For Parents (see below).

Alternatively, you can follow the steps below.
Step 1. New Members Registration Form

Registration can be made by downloading the Registration Form and either handing it in on a club day or posting it to:

Step 2. Payments

The Daleyllup Beach SLSC can receive your payments online via Surf Life Saving Australia’s secure payment gateway.
Please make sure when you make a payment that you specify the club name as “Dalyellup Beach SLSC”.
If you are having any problems or difficulties with the payment gateway please contact us via email.
Option 1 - Payment of Registration Online (preferred)
Go to the SLSA Payment Portal to make payments.
A. Type in the club name Dalyellup Beach SLSC
B. Select the option Membership fee
C. Type in the membership category you are paying for ie: Active Senior Over 18 Membership.
D. Type in the price
E. Type in your name.
F. Type in your contact number.
G. Type in your email address for a receipt to be sent.
H. Dalyellup Beach will receive a receipt for every member paying online.
I. Enter in your credit card details and submit.
Option 2 - Payment via cheque
You can also pay with cheque, making payable to: Dalyellup Beach SLSC and affixing to your registration form.

Step 3. Working with Children Form - For Parents

As a joining member you need a current working with children form. If you have a current one please skip this step. Other wise please fill out a working with children declaration. These can be obtained at a local Post office. This form needs to be returned to administration. (The cost is $10.00 which can be paid at the local post office once signed)

Please note: Club fees are required to keep our Club functional and cover such things as Insurance, Administration and Office Services, Equipment Purchase and Maintenance, Association Registration and Affiliation. Little is asked of our members in regard to fundraising during the season and the expectation is for the Club Directors to manage the affairs of the Club using known income opportunities such as fees, donations, venue hire and sponsorship. The Government does not directly inject funds into Surf Lifesaving Clubs and as a result fees are required to meet the budgetary costs.
