Working with Children Form – For Parents
As a joining member you need a current working with children form. If you have a current one please skip this step. Otherwise please fill out a working with children declaration. These can be obtained at a local Post office. This form needs to be returned to administration. (The cost is $11.00 which can be paid at the local post office once signed)
